Cawl is a thrifty traditional Welsh soup dish, full of tradition - made up or lamb neck, leg or forequarter chops and mixed with seasonal root vegetables. Place in slow cooker in water or stove top and boil, lower to simmer. Once cooked shred meat discard bones, return meat to soup. Great served with Bread and butter.
